Together we will identify unhealthy behaviors that are causing you pain, replacing them with healthy coping skills and positive solutions.

Although addiction sometimes comes with a crisis or “rock bottom,” there is always hope for a brighter future. Let me help you recover, so you can move forward and thrive.

I help clients improve
their self-esteem,
their interpersonal relationships,
and their sense of purpose.

I specialize in helping clients with:

  • Substance Abuse/ Dependence

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

Together, we will work on:

  • Identifying and addressing stressors and triggers.

  • Developing positive coping skills.

  • Cultivating a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.

I regularly work with:

  • Clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds

  • Individuals, couples, and families

  • Clients both in person and via teletherapy

I provide referrals and collaborate with psychiatrists and physicians for treatment planning and medication needs. We can explore the advantages of Medication-Assisted Treatments (MAT), in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide the most evidenced-based approach to the treatment of substance use disorders.

If you or a family member is feeling stuck in unhealthy or destructive patterns, together we can work towards making positive changes.

  • Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, or shame?

  • Are you ready to examine how issues with control, fear, or anger have negatively impacted your relationships?

  • Are you longing for more clarity, serenity and joy?

You are not alone. Asking for help is the first step towards change.
